London opened its doors to Fashion Week once more and with it brought Essence PR’s mission to secure the Matthew Curtis Creative Team backstage at the coolest shows in the calendar. This season we were thrilled to confirm partnerships for the brand with Miló Maria, Zeynep Kartal and Charlotte Simone.
Matthew Curtis is a backstage regular, heading up teams globally on shows in New York, London and Paris and for designers including Dolce & Gabbana, Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs, Alice & Olivia and Ted Baker to name a few. Fashion week gives Matthew the chance to return to the stomping ground where he honed his craft, and allows him to offer his team the opportunity to develop the skills and creativity needed to excel as true ambassadors of the Matthew Curtis brand.
We liaised with fashion PRs to secure Matthew and his Creative Team as Lead Hair backstage at an impressive programme of shows, consequently securing support from prestigious superbrand L’Oréal Professionnel for product and social support at the shows.
We invited journalists to meet with Matthew, hosting the likes of VOGUE, Marie Claire and HELLO! Fashion Monthly who attended backstage at Charlotte Simone to get the scoop on the hair look at the presentation.
