Essence has been appointed to assist Kinder Bueno Minis with its launch into hair and beauty salons following a three-way pitch.
Ferrero Rocher, who own the Kinder brand, has identified the sector as a potentially strong outlet and a major part of the Essence brief is to work within the industry to achieve distribution in conjunction with the sales team.
The product is available in resealable boxes of 180 and are individually wrapped, making them an ideal alternative to serve with complimentary drinks in salons.
Samantha Grocutt, managing partner at Essence, explained: “Many hair and beauty salons are looking to offer their clients something a bit different with their refreshments. Kinder Bueno Minis are more appealing than the usual biscuits; after all who wouldn’t like a chocolate at a time when you’re treating yourself to a pampering session?”
The campaign kicks off with distributor briefings and will continue into a trade media launch.
